1. Accuracy of Personalization

For all handmade and personalized items, the customer is responsible for providing the correct spelling, dates, and details.

  • We will create your item exactly as written in the personalization box.

  • We cannot offer refunds or free replacements if the information provided to us was incorrect.

2. Handcrafted Nature

Our products are handmade. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish compared to the product images. These are not considered defects but are a testament to the unique, handcrafted nature of your item.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in Euro € and are subject to change without notice.

  • In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • Payment must be received in full before we begin production of any personalized items.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, logos, and product designs, is the property of Party Sweet Nella. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without our written permission.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. This includes cancelling orders that appear to be fraudulent or orders containing language/requests for personalization that we deem inappropriate or offensive.

6. Limitation of Liability

Party Sweet Nella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

7. Designs and Character Inspirations

  • Customer-Provided Images: If you upload or send us an image for a custom order, you warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. Party Sweet Nella is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from images provided by customers.

  • Inspired Designs: Many of our themed products are "inspired by" popular characters or themes. We do not claim ownership of any licensed characters or brands used in our designs. Our fees cover the materials, labor, and creative time spent handcrafted the item for your personal use.

  • Personal Use Only: Our products are sold for personal use only (e.g., a birthday party) and are not to be resold for commercial purposes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
