How long will it take to process my order?

Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, every order has a processing time before it is handed over to the courier.

  • Handmade/Personalized Items: These require extra care. Please refer to the specific product page for current lead times. Once your item is ready, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-personalized items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Busy Periods: During peak seasons, dispatch may take 4–5 working days. We will notify you via email if there is any unexpected delay with your order.

Who will deliver my package?

Most of our parcels will be shipped via DPD. Large Parcel or over 5kg will be dispatch by An post 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD typically provides Next Day Delivery.

Please Note: While DPD is highly reliable, Next Day Delivery is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We recommend allowing 1–2 working days for delivery after you receive your tracking information.

Where can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is processed. You can track your journey here: DPD Tracking Portal. Or if you Parcel was Large size or over 5Kg, you can track on https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Check Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost mail due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

  • Missing or Damaged Packages: Once a package is handed over to DPD, the courier assumes responsibility for the delivery. While we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit and do not offer refunds for these instances, we are happy to help you open an investigation with DPD to find a solution.

  • Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it for you.

When will my order be sent?

Your order will be dispatched based on the processing time products. If you ordered a handmade product, we will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order has left our store along with the tracking number. If you order is not handmade it will be dispatched in 1-3 working days depending on availability and the item in specific.

Dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods. Lead times can increase to 4-5 working days for dispatch is a product is out of stock. 

We will notify you by email if there is any issue with your order.

International Shipping (USA & Rest of World)

We love sending our products across the globe! Please note that international delivery times are longer than domestic shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, international orders typically take 5–15 working days to arrive, depending on the destination and local postal services.

  • Tracking: You will receive an international tracking number to follow your package's journey by the An post. 

  • Customs & Import Duties: Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred. We cannot predict these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Processing time it remains the same. customized orders will take 1-3 working days before it is shipped.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for customs delays. Sometimes a package is perfect, but the US Customs office decides to hold it for 3 days that’s out of your hands.
